Advanced Simulation Centers that Medical Education in Turkey Works with are unique throughout the world, offering high quality education with a multidisciplinary approach. It uses new training methodologies operating at international standard levels with state-of-the-art medical equipment and technical infrastructure.
These centers consist of two main departments:
Training methodology being utilized in these centers consists of e-learning modules, skills laboratories, simulation and debriefing sessions,and recording systems with learning space.
By integrating learning space software and hardware, equipped with high resolution cameras, training sessions can be recorded. The learning space system imports data also from medical simulators and medical devices. During the debriefing sessions, recordings provide the opportunity to participants for both self and peer - evaluation.
Post graduate training consists of advanced courses catered to participants’ specialties. The objectives of these programs are to improve participants’ technical skills, to cultivate teamwork and to enhance communication skills. In addition to theoretical study opportunities at partner hospitals , hands-on training is also provided in modern laboratories.
